Figueras Seating has announced the launch of F3 Nexus, its new Design & Innovation Hub. The hub is conceived as an independent strategic unit designed to drive the company’s evolution through knowledge, technology, innovation, and the connection between internal capabilities and market opportunities. The platform was created with the determination to act on the levers that will define the future of Figueras and the wider sector, such as the integration of new technologies, the improvement of operational efficiency, the smart use of data, and the development of proposals capable of responding to an increasingly demanding environment.
In a context shaped by technological acceleration, growing project complexity, and the need to integrate forward-looking vision with industrial viability, F3 Nexus is structured to anticipate opportunities, organize this knowledge, and transform it into concrete initiatives with a real impact on the company’s evolution.
To achieve this, F3 Nexus operates through a proprietary methodology structured into four distinct phases: Listen, to actively listen to the market, clients, specifiers, and the environment; Frame, to translate those signals into concrete challenges and opportunities; Create, to develop solutions, concepts, improvements, or new applications with real potential; and Share, to transfer that learning, activate conversation, and return value to the ecosystem and the organization itself.

A Space for Dialogue
The new platform is also built with a vocation for dialogue. Beyond driving initiatives applied to the development of solutions, processes, and capabilities, F3 Nexus is conceived as a space for the exchange of ideas, shared observation, and connection with international players in architecture, engineering, construction, and innovation. Among its first activities, the Hub will host a panel discussion with the Chinese delegation from the UIA (International Union of Architects), thereby reinforcing its role as a meeting point for knowledge, industry, and forward-looking vision.

The name F3 Nexus stems from a contemporary reinterpretation of a code deeply linked to Figueras’ identity. Historically, the company has understood its solutions as a balance between the different essential dimensions of its value proposition.
