Architects

Description

The unique Edificio Beatriz in Madrid, an original building of the architect Eleuterio PoblaciĆ³n Knappe, a defender of functionality and clean, austere and perishable volumes, is catalogued as a model of office building architecture. Inaugurated in 1975, it is named after the writer Beatriz Galindo, known as La Latina, and is an undisputed icon in the Salamanca district.

The renovation of this emblematic building was carried out by Domus Arquitectura and included the adaptation of “El Beatriz Madrid Auditorio”. The existing seats were restored preserving some of their original elements and providing them with all the technology and comfort needed to make the auditorium a suitable place to host all kinds of events and conferences.
