Imagine yourself in 1997. There were no iPhones. Windows 98 hadn’t been released yet. Google was just a university project. Social media wasn’t even a concept. And the top-grossing movie of the year was Titanic, filling theaters to the brim, with seats designed to last.

That same year, we installed these Figueras seats. Over three decades, they have witnessed countless sessions, premieres, and thousands of spectators. Today, the original structures remain as reliable and robust as ever.
Now, almost 30 years later, these seats return to our workshop for renewed foam and upholstery, bringing comfort and ergonomics in line with Figueras’ standards of 2025—while preserving the solid structure that has stood the test of time.

A story told by facts, not adjectives:
-
Base installed in 1997 in another cinema, designed to endure decades.
-
Dismantled and reinstalled in Kino Marzenie, Tarnów (Poland).
-
Foam and upholstery updated for optimum comfort and modern ergonomics.
-
Durability and sustainability go hand in hand.
The result is a dialogue between eras: the original ’97 structure and the refreshed 2025 finish. The auditorium feels new, without losing the character and history that make it unique.
The world changes every year… our structures don’t. That’s real sustainability. That’s engineering that proves itself over time. That’s a Figueras seat.
