La fa\u00e7ade est rev\u00eatue de la roche issue de l\u2019excavation du terrain. La pr\u00e9dilection du projet pour la pierre s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la Salle du Conseil, o\u00f9 le marbre translucide \u00e9voque la condition min\u00e9rale des lieux. Dans cette salle, les parlementaires andorrans sont assis sur un fauteuil original de Figueras, le RT, dans sa version grenat.
