{"id":48596,"date":"2025-10-29T12:37:43","date_gmt":"2025-10-29T11:37:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/figueras.com\/project\/le-quai-3\/"},"modified":"2025-10-29T12:39:36","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T11:39:36","slug":"le-quai-3","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/figueras.com\/es\/proyecto\/le-quai-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Quai 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le Quai 3<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">teatro Art D\u00e9co de los a\u00f1os 20<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, ha sido renovada para combinar versatilidad, funcionalidad y respeto por su patrimonio hist\u00f3rico.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El proyecto se centra en un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/figueras.com\/es\/sistemas\/mutasub-seating-system\/\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sistema m\u00f3vil Mutasub<\/span><\/b><\/a><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> con butacas <\/span><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/figueras.com\/es\/asiento\/5064\/\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Minispace 5064<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que permite <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">reconfigurar la platea de forma r\u00e1pida y eficiente<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Para instalarlo fue necesario <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">elevar la platea un metro<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, un reto t\u00e9cnico que exigi\u00f3 preservar la integridad del edificio y adaptar las instalaciones modernas a una estructura delicada.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Junto al <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/figueras.com\/es\/sistemas\/mutasub-seating-system\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Mutasub Seating System<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, se incorpor\u00f3 el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/figueras.com\/es\/sistemas\/mutawheel-seating-system\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">sistema <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Mutawheel<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, pensado para aportar <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">flexibilidad adicional y accesibilidad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a personas con movilidad reducida.
